Hewitt Power and Communications has been in business since 1964 with its corporate office located in Leesburg, Florida.  Hewitt Power and Communications performs underground and aerial construction for utility companies in the southeast. Hewitt Power and Communications is looking for qualified people for the following positions:   Foreman - Must have telephone, gas or power experience, ability to manage multiple crews, operate machinery, travel and have a Florida CDL drivers license, and a minimum of 10 years experience in the utility construction field. Operators - Ability to operate a backhoe, trencher and other utility construction equipment.  CDL license preferred with a minimum of 10 years experience in the utility construction field. Laborers - Experience working underground or aerial for utility companies, CDL license preferred and five years experience in utility construction.
